Lawrence Village at the Fort is a place in Marion County that is a destination to which residents and visitors can go to live, work and play. Lawrence Village at the Fort is a place with an urban, walkable feel similar to Broad Ripple or Fountain Square for people who enjoy nature and close-by recreational opportunities.
Goals
LIVE: We will build approximately 500 living units such as apartments, condos and townhomes.
WORK: We will bring more employees to the Village by attracting small to medium size companies (between 5 – 50 employees) to Lawrence Village at the Fort.
PLAY: We will bring a Lawrence Library, more parks, retail, restaurants and forms of entertainment to the Village that will bring families, both residents of Lawrence and visitors, out after 5:00 p.m.
